You'll work with stakeholders from across Business Solutions - a collection of functions that enable our people and our business to perform at their best. We're looking for a Senior Associate to drive improvements in data quality and build the foundations that enable AI-insight generation. This role combines hands-on data analysis and Power BI capability with strategic focus on data quality - identifying root causes of poor data, designing frameworks and products to address them, and working with stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous data quality improvement. This is an exciting time to join the team. As AI reshapes how data teams operate, this role will evolve - moving beyond reactive data cleaning towards becoming a trusted advisor who helps the firm build trustworthy data assets, ask better questions, and embed data-driven decision making at scale. We're looking for someone energised by that shift.
