## About the Role

* Previous experience as an Infrastructure Engineer, Systems Administrator, Technical Support Engineer or experienced 2nd/3rd-Line Engineer.
 * Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
 * Knowledge of Entra ID, Intune and endpoint management.
 * Experience supporting Windows Server and virtualised environments.
 * Practical networking experience across VPNs, firewalls, switching or Wi-Fi.
 * Exposure to Microsoft Azure.
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Good communication and customer-service skills.

## Description

This is a broad, hands-on position covering 2nd/3rd-line support, infrastructure, Microsoft cloud services, networking, business applications and cybersecurity. You will help maintain reliable day-to-day IT services while contributing to infrastructure upgrades and technology-improvement projects.
The role

You will:

 * Provide 2nd/3rd-line support across infrastructure, applications, networks and end-user devices.
 * Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams and Intune.
 * Support Windows Server, Active Directory, Hyper-V and endpoint-management environments.
 * Maintain network infrastructure, including switching, VPNs, firewalls and Wi-Fi.
 * Monitor system performance, backups, patching, security and availability.
 * Support business-critical applications, upgrades and integrations.
 * Contribute to infrastructure, cloud and digital-transformation projects.
 * Assist with cybersecurity, vulnerability management, access control and compliance.
 * Work with technology suppliers and managed-service partners.
 * Produce technical documentation and support users adopting new systems.
