## About the Role

It would suit someone with experience in payroll administration who is comfortable working with HR systems and data, and who enjoys a role where accuracy, organisation and problem solving are important., We are looking for someone with:

 * Previous payroll administration experience
 * At least one year's experience working with systems and data, ideally within HR
 * Experience using an HR information system; experience with Cascade would be particularly useful
 * Good Excel skills
 * Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
 * The ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
 * Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships across a business

## Description

We are recruiting an HRIS & Payroll Administrator to join the HR team of a highly regarded London law firm on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied role combining payroll administration, HR systems, reporting and data management, working as part of an established HR Operations team., You will support the day-to-day delivery of payroll and HR systems activity, including:

 * Managing the payroll integration process and coordinating with the external payroll provider
 * Reviewing payroll outputs and identifying any discrepancies
 * Running payroll reports and reconciliations
 * Supporting HR data management and reporting
 * Maintaining and developing the HR information system
 * Producing HR reports and data analysis
 * Supporting annual salary review and pay gap reporting
 * Helping to improve HR systems, processes and ways of working
