If you're motivated, practical, and take pride in delivering quality work, we'd love to hear from you. We're looking for a Data Cabling & Network Installation Engineer to join our growing installation team. This is a field-based role working on projects across the UK, installing structured cabling and network infrastructure in a wide range of commercial environments. No previous experience in data cabling is essential - we will provide full training for the right candidate., * Enthusiastic and eager to learn. * A practical problem solver with good attention to detail. * Reliable with a strong work ethic. * Able to work independently and as part of a team. * Comfortable travelling and working away from home during the week if necessary. * Professional when interacting with customers and other trades. Essential Requirements * Full UK Driving Licence. * Ability to pass a DBS check. * Competent using hand and power tools. * Good communication skills. * Willingness to travel throughout the UK and stay away Monday to Friday when required. Desirable Qualifications The following are advantageous but not essential, as training can be provided: * ECS or CSCS Card. * IPAF. * PASMA. * Experience with structured cabling installations. * Fibre optic installation experience. * AV installation experience. * Network infrastructure or CCTV installation experience. ## Description You'll be travelling to customer sites throughout the UK, installing and maintaining structured cabling and network infrastructure for commercial clients. Projects are typically carried out in: * Schools and colleges * Office buildings * Manufacturing facilities * Warehouses * Distribution centres * Other commercial premises As travel is a key part of the role, overnight accommodation is provided Monday to Friday when required.
