## About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Epic Cadence Analyst to support ongoing build, optimization, and appointment conversion initiatives. This is a contract opportunity ideal for a highly technical analyst who can independently manage specialties and contribute to complex workflow discussions., * Active Epic Cadence certification with current NVTs (required)

 * No moonlighting; must be fully dedicated to this engagement
 * Strong technical proficiency with the ability to speak in depth about build, workflows, and implementation
 * Hands-on experience with Cadence, Authorizations, and Referrals (Auths/Refs)
 * Proven ability to independently own workstreams and deliver results

## Description

* Lead Cadence build and optimization efforts across multiple specialties
 * Partner with operational stakeholders to ensure workflows are accurately reflected in the system
 * Audit existing build for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with best practices
 * Facilitate and lead meetings with specialty teams
 * Support Appointment Conversion work efforts
 * Perform unit testing and validate system functionality
 * Provide detailed input on implementation strategies and technical design decisions
