 * Identifikation von Ersatzteilen anhand technischer Dokumentationen
 * Bearbeitung und Prüfung von Serviceberichten
 * Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen und Produktionswerken
 * Unterstützung bei Gewährleistungsfällen
 * Technische Ausarbeitung von Wartungsverträgen
 * Pflege von Kunden- und Anlagendaten
 * Mitarbeit an digitalen Serviceprojekten
