* Beratung unserer Kunden zum Einsatz der Application Management Services (AMS)
 * Unterstützung bei der Planung und Steuerung der Serviceerbringung in der SAP Anwendung unserer Kunden
 * Betreuung, Planung und Koordination der laufenden AMS-Projekte
 * Sicherstellung der operativen Einhaltung von SLAs auf Basis von regelmäßigen Reviews von Incidents, Service Requests und Changes
 * Bewertung, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Qualitätsstandards
 * Monitoring der Serviceleistung hinsichtlich Budget, Qualität und Dauer sowie das Review der Dienstleistungserbringung
 * Erkennung von Cross-Selling-Potentialen
 * Presales und Angebotserstellung
