 * Dein Interesse an Digitalisierung, Daten und innovativen Technologien zeichnet dich aus
 * Idealerweise verfügst du über erste Kenntnisse in der Nutzung digitaler Tools oder im Prozessmanagement
 * Kenntnisse in der (Low-Code-)Programmierung, z. B. in der Microsoft Power Platform, VBA oder PowerShell, Python o. A. sind gewünscht und Erfahrung mit Power BI und SharePoint und MS Fabric sind von Vorteil
 * Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert, gehst aktiv auf andere zu und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben
 * Zudem verfügst du über gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und der M365-Umgebung sowie verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
 * Eine strukturierte, kommunikative und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab

## Description

* Als Werkstudent:in unterstützt du bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Tools (z. B. Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI, Logic Apps)
 * Du arbeitest mit bei der Analyse und Automatisierung von Prozessen im Rahmen der digitalen Transformation
 * Die Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von KI-gestützten Anwendungen (z. B. mittels Microsoft Copilot, Github Copilot, BahnGPT) gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben
 * Du verantwortest die Aufbereitung und Visualisierung von Daten zur Entscheidungsunterstützung
 * Zudem übernimmst du die Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Präsentationen und Kommunikationsmaterialien
 * Du unterstützt das Team der Produktionssteuerung bei administrativen Tätigkeiten im Digitalisierungsumfeld sowie bei Bedarf und nach Möglichkeit in weiteren Handlungsfeldern
