Du führst ein interdisziplinäres Entwicklerteam (ca. 5-8 Personen), unterstützt die individuelle Weiterentwicklung und schaffst ein Umfeld von Vertrauen, Feedback und technischer Qualität.

 * Technische Verantwortung & Architektur
Du prägst die technische Ausrichtung unserer Projekte, triffst Architekturentscheidungen und sorgst für nachhaltige, skalierbare Lösungen.

 * Hands-on Full Stack Entwicklung
Du arbeitest aktiv im Frontend und Backend mit und bleibst fachlich nah an Code, Tools und Technologien.

 * Projekt- & Kundenverantwortung
Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kunden, präsentierst Lösungen, verstehst fachliche Anforderungen und bringst Technik und Business zusammen.

 * Innovation & Weiterentwicklung
Du bewertest neue Technologien, bringst Impulse ein und begleitest deren Einführung gemeinsam mit deinem Team.
