You have worked in sectors such as the automotive industry, data center infrastructure, BESS, energy, or high-tech industries, and have developed strong skills in power electronics and energy conversion (AC-DC, DC-DC, high-efficiency topologies). You are proficient in problem-solving methodologies (such as QRQC) and technical risk management. You are familiar with issues related to intellectual property (patents) and Design-to-Cost. Curious and recognized for your interpersonal skills and team spirit, you take on a mentoring role to share your knowledge and help teams grow. You have a strategic vision and a strong innovative spirit.
