## Description

Vous intervenez comme référent technique sur les incidents applicatifs et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :
Analyser et diagnostiquer les incidents techniques et fonctionnels.

Assurer le support applicatif de niveau 2/3.

Suivre les incidents jusqu'à leur résolution complète.

Coordonner les échanges avec les équipes de développement.

Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de support.

Rédiger les procédures et la documentation technique.

Maintenir et faire évoluer les outils de supervision et de monitoring.

Identifier les axes d'amélioration afin d'accroître la stabilité des applications.
