## About the Role

* Étudiant* e en data / IA / ingénierie, ou école de commerce à dominante data.
 * À l'aise avec les outils d'IA générative (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot).
 * Notions de data visualisation appréciées (Power BI est un plus).
 * Autonomie, rigueur, esprit produit et sens de la confidentialité.
 * Capacité à documenter et à synthétiser la démarche., * Un projet concret à impact, mené de la conception à la démonstration.
 * Une expérience à la croisée de l'IA générative, de la data et du conseil.
 * Un encadrement de proximité au sein de l'équipe

## Description

Altesia lance une initiative d'innovation autour de l'intelligence artificielle appliquée aux compétences techniques et comportementales afin de continuer à proposer nos consultants les plus pertinents face à la demande de nos clients.

Vous développerez un prototype qui, à l'aide de l'IA, structure les compétences et les met en relation avec des besoins - le tout restitué dans une visualisation claire.

Vos missions

 * Concevoir et tester un prototype de mise en relation des compétences et des besoins.
 * Extraire et structurer les compétences (techniques et comportementales) à l'aide d'outils IA.
 * Construire une logique de correspondance simple (pertinence, écarts, pistes de progression).
 * Produire une visualisation exploitable (type page intranet / Power BI).
 * Documenter l'approche.
