 * A good understanding of big data, Business Intelligence, reporting, and dashboarding is required.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
 * Proficiency in SQL querying is required.
 * An understanding of Agile methodologies, including backlog management, sprint planning, and the MVP mindset, is required.
 * Strong experience with requirements management is required.
 * Proven project management skills are required.
 * A good understanding of workflow processes is required.
 * Good knowledge and understanding of Dutch AND French.
 * English proficiency.

## Description

* Drive business analysis from ideation through delivery.
 * Develop business cases and co-create requirements.
 * Continuously improve solutions in line with evolving business needs.
 * Analyze and map data flows, user roles, and usage.
 * Identify data issues and define target solutions and use cases.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and subject-matter experts to validate requirements.
 * Align business and development teams.
 * Maintain requirements traceability for impact analysis.
 * Translate business needs into conditions for product, performance, and UAT testing.
 * Support data architecture design, solution validation, and prototype quality reviews.
 * Facilitate testing, change management, and report and dashboard creation.
 * Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
