 * Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in industriële automatisering, bij voorkeur in een continue productieomgeving met complexe mechatronica.
 * Sterke kennis van PLC, SCADA-systemen, motion, servo en datamanagement (SQL, XML, OPC-UA/MQTT).

Ben jij gepassioneerd door automatisering en digitale productieprocessen? In de regio Pecq krijg je als Automation & Digital Manufacturing Engineer de kans om een sleutelrol te spelen in een groeiend familiebedrijf dat innovatieve verpakkingsoplossingen ontwikkelt en produceert.

In deze functie ben je de drijvende kracht achter de automatisering en digitalisering van de volledige productieomgeving. Je werkt op het snijvlak van productie, onderhoud en IT en draagt bij aan de ambitie om uit te groeien tot een Factory of the Future.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruitzien?

 * Ontwikkelen, aanpassen en optimaliseren van PLC-programma's, HMI-schermen, motion control en veiligheidslogica.
 * Oplossen van complexe elektrische- en PLC-storingen en communicatieproblemen om stilstanden te reduceren.
 * Initiëren en implementeren van verbeterprojecten rond snelheid, kwaliteit, energie en automatiseringsgraad.
 * Realiseren van koppelingen tussen PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP en databases voor één digitale waarheid.
 * Leiden van automatiseringsprojecten zoals nieuwe machines, retrofits, uitbreidingen en robotica.
