## Description

Als ERP Business Consultant begeleid je KMO-klanten bij de implementatie en optimalisatie van onze softwareoplossingen.
Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen, vertaalt noden naar functionele analyses en werkt nauw samen met klanten en ontwikkelaars.
Daarnaast begeleid je implementaties, opleidingen en ondersteuningstrajecten.

Functionele behoeften van de onderneming of de klant analyseren De technische eigenschappen van het product bepalen volgens het lastenboek

Technische en functionele problemen analyseren Corrigerende acties, technische aanpassingen, ... voorstellen

Behoeften van de klant of gebruiker analyseren Het functioneel lastenboek opstellen (specificaties, termijnen, kosten, ...)

Technische oplossingen uitwerken Configuraties of architectuur voorstellen, evalueren en keuzes voorstellen die zijn aangepast aan de functionele behoeften

Domein: Handel, verkoop, klantenrelaties

Functionele oplossingen bepalen

Bedrijfsprocessen analyseren

Gebruikersbehoeften voor ICT in kaart brengen

Technische problemen analyseren
