The team is currently transitioning our platform from a legacy PHP Symfony codebase to a modern Go backend, with linting, static analysis, and automated tests built in from the outset. The team sits within a wider engineering department of around 80, alongside approximately 30 Product and Design colleagues. We run a Dockerised stack deployed via CI into an AWS Kubernetes environment and expect all engineers to take an active interest in deployment and infrastructure.
