 * Qualitätssicherung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Managed-SOC-Services
 * Durchführung regelmäßiger Service Reviews, Jour Fixes und Management-Reportings
 * Beratung von Kunden zur Weiterentwicklung ihrer Security-Architektur und Sicherheitsstrategie
 * Koordination interner Teams sowie externer Servicepartner
 * Mitwirkung an Security-Projekten mit strategischer Relevanz
 * Unterstützung bei Incident-Management- und Eskalationsprozessen
 * Sicherstellung der Servicequalität und Kundenzufriedenheit
 * Weiterentwicklung von Security-Prozessen und Betriebsmodellen
