* Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung von Serviceanfragen am Telefon, per Ticket oder persönlich
 * Identifikation von Störungen sowie eigenständige Lösungsfindung oder Weiterleitung an den 2nd-Level-Support
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Anleitungen und Wissensartikeln für deine internen Kund:innen
 * Aufsetzen und Konfigurieren von Laptops sowie Einrichten von Arbeitsplätzen
 * Austausch und Inbetriebnahme von defekten Geräten
 * Mitarbeit an internen IT-Projekten und Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zur
 * Optimierung unserer Prozesse
