## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der IT/OT Cyber Security, SOC oder SIEM

 * Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau)
 * Reisebereitschaft für Kundentermine und Projektphasen

 * Projektmanagement-Methoden oder Zertifizierungen (z. B. PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA)
 * Zertifizierungen wie CISSP, SC-100, SC-200, GCIH, GCIA, Splunk oder Elastic

* Konzeption, Umsetzung und Leitung moderner SOC-, SIEM- und MDR-Projekte
 * Erstellung von Zielbildern, Roadmaps und Security-Operating-Modellen
 * Steuerung europäischer Delivery-Teams und Zusammenarbeit mit deutschsprachigen Kolleg:innen
 * Durchführung von Workshops mit Security-Verantwortlichen, technischen Teams und Management-Stakeholdern
 * Entwicklung von Detection-Strategien, Log-Source-Konzepten und Security Monitoring Frameworks
 * Unterstützung von Angebotsprozessen, Ausschreibungen, Kundenpräsentationen und Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten
 * Einsatz innovativer Technologien im Bereich Security Automation, AI-driven Detection und Security Analytics
