* Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (FH, Universität oder vergleichbare Qualifikation), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Logistik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder IT

## Description

* Eigenständige Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten im City Logistik Umfeld - von der Anforderungsanalyse über die Konzeption bis zur erfolgreichen End-to-End-Implementierung
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Last-Mile-Logistikprozessen mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Nachhaltigkeit und Kund*innenorientierung
 * Konzeption, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung innovativer Paketbox- und Zustelllösungen zur Optimierung urbaner Logistikprozesse
 * Analyse bestehender Geschäfts- und Logistikprozesse sowie Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen
 * Erhebung, Strukturierung und Priorisierung fachlicher sowie technischer Anforderungen
Koordination und Steuerung interner und externer Stakeholder*innen sowie Aufbau nachhaltiger Partnerschaften

 * Identifikation und Management von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und kritischen Erfolgsfaktoren
