* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

 * Hohe Kommunikations- und Koordinationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholder:innen
 * Erfahrung mit Jira, Confluence oder vergleichbaren Tools sowie Kenntnisse agiler Methoden von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse touristischer Prozesse, Reiseprodukte und Vertriebsabläufe sind ein Plus

## Description

* Erhebung, Analyse und Dokumentation fachlicher Anforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholder:innen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von User Stories, Fachkonzepten sowie Anforderungsdokumentationen
 * Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen hinsichtlich Nutzen, Aufwand und Machbarkeit
 * Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Changes, Releases und Deployments
 * Steuerung externer Dienstleister:innen sowie Sicherstellung vereinbarter Service Levels (SLAs)
 * Verantwortung für Incident-, Problem- und Change-Management nach ITIL Best Practices
