## Description

* Erstellen und Ausarbeiten von Angeboten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Projekt- und Serviceteams sowie Fakturierung der abgeschlossenen Aufträge
 * Auslösen von Bestellungen beim Lieferanten
 * Terminieren, Koordinieren und Sicherstellen des Bestellprozesses, beginnend vom Lieferanten bis hin zum Endkunden
 * Erstellen von Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen, Gutschriften sowie Bearbeiten von Reklamationen
 * Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Vertrieb und Hersteller sowie interne Abteilungen
 * Pflege und Aktualisieren von Datenbanken und Systemen zur Gewährleistung korrekter und aktueller Informationen
