 * Softwareentwicklung & Scripting: Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung und im Scripting, beispielsweise mit Python
 * Cybersecurity: Du kennst aktuelle Cybersecurity-Methoden und -Tools und kannst Security-Anforderungen in der Applikationsentwicklung berücksichtigen
 * IT-Projektmanagement: Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Planung und Steuerung komplexer IT-Projekte, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf Integration, Migration oder Softwareimplementierung
 * DataCenter & Cloud: Du hast ein gutes Verständnis moderner DataCenter-Infrastrukturen sowie hybrider IT-Landschaften und Cloud-Applikationen
 * Analytische Kompetenz: Du denkst strukturiert, erkennst komplexe Zusammenhänge schnell und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen
 * Kommunikationsstärke: Du kommunizierst sicher mit technischen Teams, internen Stakeholdern und dem Management - sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch - und kannst unterschiedliche Interessen erfolgreich zusammenführen.
 * Eigeninitiative: Du arbeitest selbstständig, lösungsorientiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Themen und Projekte
