## About the Role

Wir suchen erfahrene Microsoft-Experten, die fundierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft O365 Lösungen mitbringen, erste Erfahrungen mit Copilot gesammelt haben und über sehr gute Deutsch (C1) sowie gute Englisch (B2) Kenntnisse verfügen. Wenn du eine Hands-on-Mentalität mitbringst und Freude daran hast, komplexe IT-Herausforderungen zu lösen, dann könnte diese Rolle sehr gut passen., Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich (HTL, FH, Universität) oder eine vergleichbare fachliche Ausbildung.

Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1 Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2 Niveau).

Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, starke Kundenorientierung und eine proaktive Hands-on-Mentalität.

Wünschenswert sind relevante Microsoft-Zertifizierungen (z.B. MS-102, MS-500, MS-700).

## Description

| WHAT YOU WILL DO

Fundierte Beratung von Kunden zu Microsoft 365 Lösungen (On-Premise und Cloud-basiert).

Entwicklung, Gestaltung und technische Umsetzung von Microsoft 365 Architekturen.

Leitung von Workshops, Trainings und Fachpräsentationen zu spezialisierten Microsoft 365 Themen.

Aktive Mitarbeit im Pre-Sales-Prozess inklusive Erstellung überzeugender Konzepte und Angebote.

Gewährleistung einer präzisen Projektdokumentation und detaillierter Lösungsbeschreibungen.

Proaktive Beteiligung an der strategischen Gestaltung und fortlaufenden Entwicklung von Microsoft 365 Services.

Förderung des Wissenstransfers und Mentoring junger Talente im Team.

| WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Umfangreiche und tiefgreifende Praxiserfahrung im Microsoft 365 Ökosystem, insbesondere mit:

 * Exchange
 * Microsoft Teams
 * SharePoint
 * Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance
 * Cloud Backup Lösungen (z.B. Barracuda Cloud to Cloud)

Nachweisbare erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Copilot (Suche & Chat) sind obligatorisch.
