* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Organisationsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Organisationsentwicklung, Unternehmensberatung, Transformation, Change Management oder strategischem Projektmanagement
 * Erfahrung in der Gestaltung und Optimierung von Organisationsstrukturen, Rollenmodellen und Geschäftsprozessen
 * Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Beratung von Führungskräften und Managementebenen
 * Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie ein sicheres Auftreten in komplexen Stakeholder-Situationen
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere PowerPoint

* Steuerung und Begleitung von Organisations- und Reorganisationsprojekten in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Management
 * Analyse und Optimierung von Organisationsstrukturen, Rollen sowie Geschäftsprozessen
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Organisations- und Strukturkonzepte
 * Durchführung von Funktions- und Stellenbewertungen sowie Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen
 * Beratung von Führungskräften und Fachbereichen bei organisatorischen Fragestellungen und Veränderungsprozessen
 * Konzeption und Begleitung von Change-Management-Maßnahmen sowie Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Implementierung
