 * Installation und Inbetriebnahme von Hard- und Softwarelösungen beim Kunden vor Ort
 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Probleme sowohl remote als auch vor Ort
 * Wartung und Unterstützung bestehender IT-Infrastrukturen
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Beitrag zur technischen Dokumentation
