* Own and ship AI features end-to-end from concept to production across full-stack systems
 * Design and build LLM-powered product features used by large-scale active user base
 * Architect and maintain AI systems including prompt orchestration, memory, and contextual personalization
 * Develop retrieval systems leveraging embeddings, RAG pipelines, and financial data grounding
 * Build evaluation frameworks to measure model quality, reasoning accuracy, and safety
 * Optimize model performance, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments
 * Implement guardrails and compliance controls for AI systems in regulated financial contexts
 * Collaborate directly with founders and cross-functional teams to iterate quickly on product features
