## About the Role

* Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Bachelor-/Masterstudium.
 * Du verfügst über mehrjährige, praxiserprobte Erfahrung als Product Owner in der agilen Softwareentwicklung (inkl. Stakeholdermanagement und Backlog-Priorisierung).
 * Du bringst ein tiefes methodisches Toolkit (z. B. User Story Mapping, Value Stream Mapping, nutzerzentrierte Anforderungsanalyse) mit.
 * Du lebst die agile Entwicklung, insbesondere mit einem echten und tiefen Verständnis für die Prinzipien von LeSS Huge.
 * Du besitzt ein grundlegendes Verständnis im Bereich KI, Conversational AI, NLP und LLMs, um mit den Engineering-Teams auf Augenhöhe zu kommunizieren.
 * Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit skalierten agilen Frameworks, bevorzugt LeSS bzw. LeSS Huge.
 * Du konntest optimalerweise bereits Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung von Plattformprodukten (SaaS/PaaS) oder KI-Lösungen sammeln.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Arbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern und Technologien in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab

## Description

* Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die Wertmaximierung innerhalb eines spezifischen Value Streams unseres Product Hubs (DialogBits Agentic Plattform).
 * Du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung, Pflege und Priorisierung des Area Product Backlogs.
 * Du stehst in engem, täglichem Austausch mit Stakeholdern, dem Overall Product Owner und den Feature-Teams.
 * Du nimmst aktiv an LeSS Huge-Events teil, wie z. B. am Overall Product Backlog Refinement und Sprint Planning, und gestaltest diese aktiv mit.
 * Du übersetzt die Produkt- und KI-Vision in klare Anforderungen und sorgst dafür, dass Entwickler:innen ein tiefes Problemverständnis entwickeln.
 * Als Macher treibst du deinen Value Stream unternehmerisch voran und löst aktiv Probleme.
 * Du fungierst als Brückenbauer zwischen technischen Details und geschäftlichem Mehrwert.
