## About the Role

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Umfeld, z. B. als Fachinformatiker, Systemadministrator oder in einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
 * Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Implementierung und dem Betrieb von Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)-Umgebungen mit.
 * Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, FSLogix, Entra ID sowie idealerweise Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management und modernen Workplace-Technologien.
 * Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policies, Windows Server und Netzwerke gehören zu deinem technischen Handwerkszeug.
 * Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung mit Azure Landing Zones, Infrastructure as Code, z. B. Terraform oder Bicep, sowie Azure Automation.
 * Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und eigenverantwortlich, übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und findest auch bei komplexen Herausforderungen nachhaltige Lösungen.
 * Du überzeugst durch Teamgeist, Kunden- und Serviceorientierung sowie ein professionelles Auftreten.

 * Du planst, implementierst und betreibst Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)-Umgebungen - von der Architektur über Migrationen bis zum stabilen Betrieb.
 * Du stellst Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit von AVD- und Azure-Infrastrukturen sicher und optimierst diese kontinuierlich.
 * Du analysierst technische Herausforderungen, führst Fehleranalysen durch und findest pragmatische, nachhaltige Lösungen.
 * Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich in Kundenprojekten und bringst dein Know-how aktiv ins Team ein.
 * Du unterstützt die Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Modernisierung von Bereitstellungs- und Betriebsprozessen mit modernen Cloud-Technologien.
 * Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen, Betriebshandbücher und Wissensdatenbanken für Kunden und interne Teams.
 * Du beobachtest technologische Entwicklungen rund um Microsoft Azure, AVD, Entra ID und Intune und bringst neue Impulse in unsere Projekte ein.
