## About the Role

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Scrum Master in Softwareentwicklungsprojekten, idealerweise überwiegend innerhalb der letzten fünf Jahre
 * Fundierte Erfahrung mit SAFe oder vergleichbaren skalierten agilen Methoden
 * Praktische Erfahrung in einem Agile Release Train (ART)
 * Erfahrung mit mehreren parallel arbeitenden Scrum-Teams
 * Praxis in der Moderation von PI-Plannings, Retrospektiven und komplexen Workshops
 * Sehr gute Kanban-Kenntnisse
 * Technisches Grundverständnis für Softwareentwicklung, insbesondere CI/CD, Releases und Deployment
 * Ausgeprägte Moderations-, Kommunikations- und Coaching-Kompetenz
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, * Bachelor (Wünschenswert)

Sprache:

 * Deutsch , mindestens - C1 (Erforderlich)
 * Englisch, mindestens B2 - C1 (Wünschenswert)

## Description

* Coaching eines Softwareentwicklungsteams zu Scrum, Kanban und agilen Methoden
 * Unterstützung des Product Owners bei Backlog-Gestaltung und Priorisierung
 * Identifikation und Beseitigung von Impediments auf Team- und ART-Ebene
 * Moderation von Dailys, Retrospektiven und teamübergreifenden Workshops
 * Aktive Mitarbeit bei PI-Plannings und Inspect & Adapt
 * Verbesserung von Teamprozessen, Velocity und Zusammenarbeit
 * Koordination von Abhängigkeiten zwischen mehreren agilen Teams
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Scrum Mastern, RTEs und weiteren Stakeholdern
 * Begleitung technischer und prozessualer Themen rund um CI/CD, Releases und Produktivsetzungen
 * Unterstützung der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung des Agile Release Trains
