## About the Role

* Computer Science graduate or self-taught
 * 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 1-2 years shipping production-grade AI systems (LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG, evals). Startup experience is a plus.
 * Hands-on experience building or working with AI systems: LLMs, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, or similar.
 * Hands-on experience building MCPs.
 * Technical skills:Strong Python knowledge; SQL and TypeScript are a plus.
 * Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and modern tooling (Docker).
 * A genuine interest in business logic: integrations touch financial tools, so understanding the logic before coding is essential.
 * Curiosity and a love of challenges; you want a solid overall understanding of the technologies involved.
 * Startup mindset: the environment is more "rock and roll" than corporate - open-minded, resourceful, curious, and a strong team player.
 * Ownership and a "doer" spirit: the small size of the team means you'll take the lead on multiple topics.
 * Languages: Native French required; English and Dutch are a plus.
