## Description

Als SAP Support Analyst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de business bij functionele vragen, incidenten en optimalisaties binnen het SAP-landschap. Je analyseert issues, biedt ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers en werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om processen efficiënt te laten verlopen binnen SAP FI/CO en SD.
Naast support neem je ook een actieve rol op in het doorvoeren van verbeteringen en wijzigingen. Je verzamelt requirements, vertaalt deze naar functionele specificaties en stemt af met externe partners of ontwikkelaars voor de technische uitwerking. Dankzij je kennis van ABAP kan je technische analyses uitvoeren, ontwikkelingen opvolgen en de impact van wijzigingen correct inschatten. Je combineert dagelijkse ondersteuning met projectmatig werk en draagt bij aan de verdere optimalisatie en toekomst van het SAP-landschap.
