Must haves

 * Masterdiploma in een economische of IT-gerelateerde richting.
 * Zo'n 3 jaar ervaring binnen SAP en een sterke basis in SAP FICO.
 * Begrip van bedrijfsprocessen binnen finance en controlling.
 * Sterk analytisch vermogen en een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte mindset.
 * Zin om autonoom te werken, maar tegelijk vlot in samenwerking met collega's.
 * Vlotte communicatie in Engels.
 * Interesse in een industriële/manufacturing omgeving.
 * Basisvaardigheid om code te debuggen.

 * Kennis van Nederlands of Frans.
 * Ervaring met internationale roll-outs of template-omgevingen.
 * Affiniteit met andere SAP-modules.
 * Bereidheid om af en toe binnen Europa te reizen.

 * Nieuwe toepassingen en functionaliteiten onderzoekt voor concrete business use cases.
 * Nieuwe processen opbouwt en bestaande processen optimaliseert.
 * De SAP-template uitrolt naar nieuwe landen en productievestigingen.
 * Nauw samenwerkt met business process owners.
 * Deelneemt aan blueprint- en fit-gap-analyses.
 * Business requirements vertaalt naar een helder functioneel ontwerp.
 * De oplossing configureert en functionele en technische specificaties uitschrijft.
 * Alle functionaliteiten documenteert en test.
 * De business ondersteunt tijdens UAT en go-live.
 * Een cruciale rol speelt in alle fases van analyse tot implementatie.
 * Werkt met de nieuwste SAP-technologieën, waaronder S/4HANA.
