* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
 * 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including extensive experience in senior management roles.
 * Strong background supporting manufacturing operations within a complex business environment.
 * Proven expertise in infrastructure, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and enterprise applications.
 * Experience with ERP and manufacturing systems is highly desirable.
 * Exposure to AI, data analytics, cloud technologies, and modern operational technologies would be an advantage.

## Description

* Develop and execute the company's IT and Digital Transformation strategy.
 * Lead enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, cloud services, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery programs.
 * Oversee manufacturing IT and operational technology (OT) environments to ensure stability, security, and business continuity.
 * Drive ERP, MES, and business systems optimization and integration.
 * Identify and implement emerging technologies, including AI and automation initiatives.
 * Manage IT governance, vendor relationships, technology investments, and operational budgets.
 * Partner closely with executive leadership and business stakeholders to support continued growth and operational excellence.
