We seek a candidate with an Associate degree in Computer Science or related field and/or 2-4 years in IT support or help desk environment, and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. ## Description

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an IT Help Desk Support Analyst who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will be reporting directly to the IT Support Manager at our Farmington Hills location.
The ideal candidate:

 * Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person interactions.
 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues promptly and professionally.
 * Perform new user setup, password resets, profile updates, access changes, and account provisioning.
 * Install, configure, test, and maintain software applications and workstation equipment.
 * Support deployment of patches, updates, installations, and workstation lifecycle management.
 * Support the implementation of cybersecurity, audit, and regulatory controls.
 * Maintain accurate documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
