## Description

Intégré au sein du service informatique de l'IBCP l'alternant participera à maintenir et déployer les ressources informatiques auprès des utilisateurs en garantissant un haut niveau de sureté, de sécurité et de disponibilité.

L'Activité

 * Participera à l'élaboration des règles de fonctionnement et d'utilisation du parc matériel et de l'infrastructure informatique
 * Participera à l'administration et à la sécurisaton des infrastructures informatiques
 * Effectuera les actions et processus de gestion dans toutes ses dimensions (assistance, gestion des incidents, qualité de service, formation, installation, mise à jour, sécurité)
 * Définira les paramètres d'installation et de mise à jour des postes de travail, en accord avec la politique informatique de l'établissement
 * Participera à la cartographie et supervision de l'infrastructure
