* Titulaire d'une formation Bac +2 à Bac +3 en informatique ou équivalent.
 * Vous disposez de bonnes connaissances en réseaux (IP, VLAN, commutation) ainsi qu'en environnements systèmes Windows et Linux.
 * Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre sens du service et votre esprit d'équipe.
 * Vous êtes autonome, réactif(ve) et à l'aise dans les environnements nécessitant des interventions techniques.
 * Une mobilité nationale est à prévoir dans le cadre des interventions (permis B indispensable).

## Description

* Installer, configurer et assurer le maintien en condition opérationnelle des équipements réseaux et systèmes.
 * Assurer une assistance technique de niveaux 1 et 2 auprès des utilisateurs.
 * Diagnostiquer, analyser et résoudre les incidents techniques.
 * Participer aux déploiements et aux projets d'évolution des infrastructures informatiques.
 * Effectuer les interventions sur site et assurer le suivi des actions réalisées.
 * Rédiger et mettre à jour la documentation technique ainsi que les rapports d'intervention.
