## About the Role

Nous recherchons des profils ayant une première expérience significative en support applicatif, idéalement sur un rôle N2.

Vous êtes à l'aise avec :

 * l'analyse et le diagnostic d'incidents ;
 * les outils de ticketing ;
 * le suivi et la priorisation des incidents ;
 * les échanges avec des utilisateurs et équipes techniques ;
 * la rédaction de procédures et de documentation.

Des connaissances en SQL, API, supervision, Linux/Windows ou ITIL pourront être appréciées.

Niveau : Bac+2 à Bac+5 selon profil
Expérience : 2 ans minimum

## Description

Vous avez une expérience en support applicatif et souhaitez être identifié(e) sur de futures opportunités chez nos clients ? Nous souhaitons échanger avec vous.

Selon les environnements clients, vous pourrez être amené(e) à :

 * Prendre en charge les incidents de niveau 2 ;
 * Analyser et diagnostiquer les incidents applicatifs ;
 * Identifier les causes des dysfonctionnements et apporter les solutions adaptées ;
 * Assurer le suivi des tickets jusqu'à leur résolution ;
 * Escalader les incidents complexes vers les équipes concernées ;
 * Collaborer avec les équipes techniques, fonctionnelles et métiers ;
 * Participer à la documentation des incidents et procédures ;
 * Contribuer à l'amélioration continue du support.
