Skills & Leadership Capabilities * Executive presence with exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to lead large-scale transformation initiatives without direct authority. * Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. * Expertise in program governance, risk management and benefits realization. * Excellent communication, presentation and change leadership skills. * Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making capabilities. * Resilience, adaptability and a continuous improvement mindset. Education * Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Information Systems. * MBA considered an advantage. * PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification preferred. * Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus. ## Description Strategic Transformation Leadership * Lead the global ERP Transformation Management Office (TMO). * Drive the execution of the Oracle Fusion transformation roadmap. * Ensure alignment between ERP deployment and the Finance Target Operating Model. * Coordinate business, IT and external implementation partners globally. * Maintain governance across all program workstreams. Business Process Transformation * Drive global process standardization and best-practice adoption. * Implement scalable Oracle Fusion solutions while minimizing unnecessary customization. * Balance global standards with local regulatory requirements. * Establish robust process ownership and governance. Program Governance & Executive Stakeholder Management * Establish and lead governance structures and executive steering committees. * Manage risks, dependencies, escalations and decision-making processes. * Monitor program performance through KPIs and executive dashboards. * Ensure cross-functional alignment across global teams. Change Management & Business Readiness * Drive organizational readiness across regions and business units. * Lead stakeholder engagement, communications and adoption strategies. * Oversee training and deployment readiness activities. * Support successful transition into business-as-usual operations.
