## Description

Rejoignez la Direction Support des Systèmes d'Information du Groupe, une direction au coeur de nombreux projets de transformation digitale dont les services informatiques ont été confiés à un prestataire externe (offshoring).

Accompagné(e) par votre tuteur, vous interviendrez sur les missions suivantes :

 - Production de livrables pour accompagner notre prestataire à la bonne tenue du parc informatique (TdB Power BI, manuels utilisateur, tutoriels)

 - Identifier et faire corriger les anomalies de gestion de parc en croisant les données de multiples consoles d'administration

 - Accompagner notre prestataire à la résolution d'incidents

 - Prendre en main notre outil de gestion de parc et d'administration mobilité Intune

 - Passer et suivre les commandes IT et Mobilité ainsi que les livraisons chez notre prestataire

 - Organisation et animation de sessions de formation aux outils

 - Mise en place et suivi du plan de renouvellement du parc informatique

 - Participation à tous les projets de la DSI où le-la candidat(e) pourra apporter ses connaissances, compétences

 - Relance retour matériels

 - Automatisation des taches (notamment grâce à l'IA)
