* Proven 2nd Line experience across Servers, networking and Microsoft 365
 * Strong Windows Server administration skills
 * Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, VLANs, switching, routing and VPNs
 * Confident troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
 * Clear communication skills and a professional approach to client support
 * Experience working with structured ticketing and support processes

Experience with Firewalls, Wi-Fi, Hyper-V/VMware, ITIL or PSA/ticketing systems would be advantageous.
