## Description

Suffolk Transportation is seeking an IT Specialist responsible for cybersecurity, network and
fiber infrastructure, and hands-on end-user support across office and operational environments.

Key Responsibilities
Cybersecurity & Systems Protection

 * Monitor and maintain endpoint protection, firewalls, MFA, and email security.
 * Respond to security incidents, alerts, and potential threats.
 * Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and access controls.

Network & Fiber Infrastructure

 * Support fiber, structured cabling, switches, routers, and firewalls.
 * Troubleshoot network outages and performance issues.
 * Coordinate with ISPs and vendors for installs and repairs.
