The Senior Technical Lead in Java/J2EE, REST, and Spring Boot will be responsible for leading and architecting technical solutions in Java/J2EE technologies, RESTful APIs, and Spring Boot framework to meet business requirements. This role will involve providing technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and optimizing system performance., 1.  3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to define technical solutions and ensure alignment with business goals.
 4. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain system stability.
 5. Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
 6. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies related to java/j2ee, rest, and spring boot.
