To support our continued growth and digital transformation, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic IT consolidations and other initiatives across our international organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and purpose-driven company where technology plays a key role in enabling business success. Your role You belong to the team Project Management that consists of eight project managers that help the whole organization with IT projects and initiatives. In your role you will manage various projects from start to end. You will lead the project team towards goals and request necessary decisions and approvals from the project steering committees. We run hybrid-agile and waterfall projects depending on what suits each specific project. You will also be part in planning and delivering IT consolidation projects, which are born from mergers and acquisitions at Sweco, ensuring a smooth transition to harmonized systems, processes and infrastructure. You will work closely with business stakeholders, global and local IT teams and external partners across multiple countries.
