## About the Role

* University level (or equivalent) or Bachelor with relevant experience
 * Modern PHP Framework experience (Symfony2, Laravel, ...)
 * Strong knowledge of UI/UX design to create beautiful responsive interfaces
 * Passionate about open data, big data and legal data
 * Mastering "progressive" web technologies (HTML5, CSS3)
 * Modern javascript experience (Javascript, jQuery, node.js, Angular, Ember, React, Backbone, ...)
 * Knowledge in Java / Groovy, Grails is a plus
 * A desire to write scalable, efficient, maintainable code
 * Able to work independently in a complex, dynamic environment
 * Must crave for an agile development environment (Scrum)
 * A love for finding creative and thoughtful solutions to a variety of technical and product challenges
 * Fluent in English (a bit of Dutch and French wouldn't harm either)
 * Start-up minded and willing to work in an innovative entrepreneurial atmosphere

Lex.be enables companies, citizens and legal pros to easily find relevant info to gain legal insights., You will have a central role in ensuring that our on-line platform and services offer a high quality front-end technical implementation with an optimal user experience.
