The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. ## Description The IT Hardware Specialist provides frontline support to internal employees with a strong focus on IT hardware deployment, refresh cycles, and device re-imaging. This role plays a key part in ensuring employees have properly configured, secure, and reliable endpoint devices throughout their lifecycle. Primary responsibilities include preparing, configuring, deploying, refreshing, and redeploying laptops and peripherals, as well as supporting employee onboarding and offboarding activities. This role supports inventory management and equipment logistics, including tracking assets, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate hardware records.
