## Description

* In der Rolle als Application Manager sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Betrieb bzw. die Weiterentwicklung diverser SuccessFactors Module.
 * Sie stimmen sich eng mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Operations, Entwicklung, Architektur, Qualitätssicherung, Projektmanagement und Solutionmanagement ab.
 * Incident Management & Problem Management gehören zum Daily Business.
 * Mitwirkung bei Anforderungsworkshops zur Spezifizierung neuer Requirements.
 * Wesentliche Mitarbeit bei der Ausrollung von bestehenden SuccessFactors Modulen.
 * Essentielle Mitarbeit bei der Erstimplementierung von neuen SuccessFactors Modulen.
 * Sie pflegen einen regelmäßigen Austausch mit den Kund_innen.
 * Sie bilden sich aktiv weiter über Learning Journeys im SAP Learning Hub.
