## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Software Engineering oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung; alternativ HTL-Abschluss mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
 * Sehr gute Linux-Kenntnisse sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Embedded Linux, Yocto und automatisierten Softwaretests
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Git, GitLab und CI/CD-Pipelines
 * Erfahrung in der Skript- und Automatisierungsentwicklung mit Python und/oder Bash
 * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und genaue Arbeitsweise
 * Hohe Eigeninitiative, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägtes Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein, Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Software Release Engineer (m/w/d) beträgt 54.432,00 EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

## Description

* Verantwortung für die Koordination und Planung von Software-Releases sowie die Betreuung der zugehörigen Entwicklungs-Branches
 * Administration, Wartung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der GitLab- und CI/CD-Landschaft
 * Automatisierung und Optimierung von Build-, Test- und Release-Prozessen zur Steigerung von Qualität und Effizienz
 * Unterstützung bei der Pflege von Kernel-Patches sowie Mitarbeit im Embedded-Linux- und Yocto-Umfeld
 * Durchführung und Begleitung von Software-Upgrades sowie deren Absicherung durch geeignete Linux-Testverfahren
 * Analyse, Bewertung und Priorisierung sicherheitsrelevanter Schwachstellen sowie Umsetzung entsprechender Maßnahmen
