## About the Role

** Microsoft365

 * Erfahrung in der Mitarbeit von Projekten oder deren Leitung
 * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
 * Führerschein B
 * Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und Problemlösungskompetenz runden Ihr Profil ab, Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als (Senior) IT Consultant (m/w/d) beträgt 58.800,00 EUR brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.

## Description

Als erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden werden Sie mit folgenden verantwortungsvollen Aufgaben betraut:

 * Betreuung der Kunden persönlich, telefonisch & schriftlich
 * Support rund um Themen wie bspw Hardware, Betriebssystem, Security, Server, Software uvm.
 * Betrieb, Wartung und Administration der physischen und virtuellen Server- und Netzwerkumgebung
 * Unterstützung und Beratung der Kunden bei Neuanschaffungen und Inbetriebnahmen
 * Installation, Konfiguration von Software und Hardware
 * Administration der Benutzer- und Zugriffsrechte
 * Mitarbeit/Leitung von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereichsleiter und/oder dem Team.
