 * Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung auf der ServiceNow-Plattform sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in JavaScript, REST-/SOAP-Schnittstellen und dem Flow Designer
 * Tiefgehendes Know-how in den ServiceNow-Modulen ITOM (z. B. Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB/CSDM) sowie Erfahrung im Bereich ITAM mit Schwerpunkt HAM und/oder SAM
 * Erfahrung in Testing und Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise mit dem Automated Test Framework (ATF), sowie in agilen Projektumgebungen nach Scrum oder SAFe
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
 * Zertifizierungen wie CSA, CAD oder CIS Discovery/Service Mapping/HAM/SAM sind von Vorteil
 * Kenntnisse in Jira, Confluence, Git und Miro runden Ihr Profil ab

## Description

* Analyse bestehender Systemlandschaften sowie Konzeption und Umsetzung von Schnittstellen- und Integrationslösungen innerhalb der ServiceNow-Plattform
 * Entwicklung, Customizing und technische Weiterentwicklung von ServiceNow-Anwendungen mit Fokus auf ITOM und ITAM
 * Implementierung technischer Anforderungen mittels JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer sowie Anbindung externer Systeme über APIs
 * Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Modul-, Funktions- und Integrationstests
 * Sicherstellung einer hohen Softwarequalität durch Code Reviews, Monitoring und Fehleranalysen
 * Unterstützung im Incident-, Problem- sowie 2nd-/3rd-Level-Support und technische Beratung von Entwicklerteams sowie Product Ownern
